COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS |
Commitment to our community is at the heart of our value system at
San Antonio Merchants-Official San Antonio-JoSon Consulting-Ramirez. We
believe successful businesses must do all they can to support the local
communities they do business in. That's why San Antonio
Merchants-Official San Antonio-JoSon Consulting-Ramirez provides free
website hosting to smaller 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations and a
50% discount off our standard hosting rates for larger 501(c)(3,4,5 and
6) not-for-profit organizations and member associations.
We limit our free hosting packages to qualified 501(c)(3) non-profits
in Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Gillespie, Kendall, Travis counties. Qualified
501(c)(3) organizations must have gross annual revenue or an operating
budget of less than $100,000 per year.
501(c)(3) organizations with gross annual revenue greater than $100K per
year and other 501(c)(4,5&6) organizations are entitled to a 50%
discount off our standard retail rates. Our discounted plans are
presented below for your convenience.

If your organization is a non-profit organization
with its main office located within the San Antonio Metro Area,
and is dedicated to local Community Service in your area, you may be
eligible for our special Non-Profit Community Service Free Web Hosting
Package.
We do make occasional exceptions for organizations not a 200 mile
radius of the San Antonio Metro Area. Organizations outside this area may qualify for free
hosting based upon verifiability of the organization's purpose and
non-profit status.
The Non-Profit Community Service Free Web Hosting Package features:

holder, as well as additional Terms and Conditions applicable
specifically to Free Non-Profit Community Service Hosting Accounts. |

Because of the
large quantity of accounts we manage, in order to streamline our hosting
account setup process we require that if you wish to apply for a Free
Non-Profit Community Service Web Hosting Package, you must signup for
(or already have) a San Antonio Merchants-Official San Antonio-JoSon
Consulting-Ramirez Member account, just as any
person ordering one of our other services would. After you are logged
in, click on "Menu Select" and at the bottom of the links list, choose
"Apply for Free NPCS Hosting". This will take you to an application
form. If you do not yet have a Member Login/Username at the San Antonio
Merchants-Official San Antonio-JoSon Consulting-Ramirez site, you can create one for yourself HERE. There is no
cost to become a member and you will NOT be asked for payment
information of any kind unless at some point you decide to purchase any
of our paid services.

If your local non-profit Community Service organization does not
"exactly" fall into one of the categories listed above, but performs a
helpful service for members in your local community, feel free to apply
anyway. Many people have found they did qualify.
Free NPCS Hosting accounts are restricted to a
lifetime limit of no more than 1 (one) free NPCS hosting account per
non-profit group and/or a lifetime limit of no more than 3 (three) free
NPCS hosting accounts granted per web designer or web design company.
Other web hosting companies, web hosting providers, and web hosting
resellers are not eligible for San Antonio Merchants-Official San
Antonio-JoSon Consulting-Ramirez Web Hosting packages may not under any circumstances be sold or
resold to any person, organization, or entity. San Antonio
Merchants-Official San Antonio-JoSon Consulting-Ramirez
reserves sole discretion and retains the right to refuse for any reason
any application for a Non-Profit Community Service Free Web Hosting
