Website maintenance can be
performed by hourly rates or with a website maintenance
agreement depending on the needs of you website. The hourly
rate is $85.00 per hour- 1 hour min.
The website maintenance
agreement assumes that you will update your website on a
weekly basis. There are levels of pre bought block hours
that have money saving benefits for the updates.
The maintenance options will
allow the client to make changes and upgrades to 30% of an
existing web page on the client’s web site. The maintenance
or upgrades will begin on the date that this agreement is
signed. Upgrades will be done on a thirty (30) minute
increments.
All upgrades that exceed the
level hour’s total maintenance will be billed at $85.00 an
hour at thirty (30) minute increments. No other parties
shall have the right to change or alter The client's Website
other then San Antonio Tech, or the owner(s) of The
client‘s during this maintenance period.
If the client or an agent
other than San Antonio Tech attempts updating The client's
web pages, time to repair Web pages will be assessed at the
hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating
time.
Block
hours do not roll over to the next month.

Level of Maintenance
Level 1 - $99.99 Up to 2 hours of
monthly web maintenance.
The client will receive updates and
changes to existing Web pages for up to 2 hours of monthly
web maintenance, (Includes up to 2 hours total, subject to
the limits outlined below and above. Additional changes
billed at an hourly rate.)
Level 2 - $199.00 Up to 4 hours of
monthly web maintenance.
The client will receive updates and
changes to existing Web pages for up to 4 hours of monthly
web maintenance, (Includes up to 4 hours total, subject to
the limits outlined below and above. Additional changes
billed at an hourly rate.)
Level 3 - $499.00 - Up to 10 hours of
monthly web maintenance.
The client will receive
updates and changes to existing Web pages for up to 10 hours
of monthly web maintenance. (Includes up to 10 hours total,
subject to the limits outlined below. Additional changes
billed at an hourly rate.)
Level 4 - $999.00 - Up to
20 hours of monthly web maintenance.
The client will receive
updates and changes to existing Web pages for Up to 20 hours
of monthly web maintenance (Includes up to 20 hours total,
subject to the limits outlined below. Additional changes
billed at an hourly rate.)
Level 5 - 1999.00 - Up to 40 hours of
monthly web maintenance.
The Client will receive updates and
changes to existing Web pages for up to 40 hours of monthly
web maintenance.. (Includes up to 40 hours total, subject to
the limits outlined below. Additional changes billed at an
hourly rate.)
